Applied Ayurveda Course
This is a course available to everyone interested in Ayurveda to learn how to apply the practice and authentically bring the principles to life in your own body, mind and heart. You will engage the wisdom and spirituality of Ayurveda in an applied manner, giving you the personal experience of what it feels like to create health, not just knowledge.

Online Preparation - Learning the Foundations

Foundations of Ayurveda - Understanding how the body comes to be and what doshas really are

What are the 20 qualities and how are they used in healing?

What is Prakruti and Viktruti and how do the doshas operate to create either health or illness?

The three pillars of life - Ahara, Nidra, and Bhramacharya - what are they and their fundamental importance

The three root causes of ALL disease and what this means for creating your health over time

In Person Intensive - Living an Ayurvedic Lifestyle

Start your day with yoga asana, mantra, pranayama and meditation (Sadhana)

Move into the kitchen to learn how to prepare vegan ayurvedic meals and sweets for your personal needs

Learn the ayurvedic qualities of the foods and herbs you cook with
-
Learn herbal home remedies to take care of many common maladies and prevent issues from progressing into chronic problems

Create your personal sadhana for when you return home with our yoga teachers

Learn conscious communication skills to uphold the Bhramacharya pillar of health (very challenging!)

Finish your day with uplifting spiritual practices and satsang

Plenty of time dedicated to the numerous questions regarding Ayurveda that are sure to arise organically!
